Sandy Robertson
is the founding partner of Solution Resources, Inc. (SRI) an
Intuit® Solution Provider. Through her firm, she currently
works with a variety of small to mid-sized business in training,
implementation and support of their accounting and business
management software. She assists both accountants and clients
in understanding and analyzing accounting matters with the end
goal being accurate internally-generated financial statements
and self sufficiency.
As
an Intuit Premier Reseller, she adds significant
resources to all of her clients through in-depth Intuit
training, Intuit products and consulting services related
thereto. Those products currently include Intuit’s
QuickBooks Enterprise
Suite V 18, QuickBooks Point of Sale V-18,
Innovative Merchant Services and many more. All have undergone
significant upgrades this year.
Her industry experience
includes retail, insurance, bonding, finance, professional
services, manufacturing & distribution, not-for-profit,
hospitality & construction.
She founded
Solution Resources in 1997 after 15 years as CFO in
the hospitality and construction industries. In addition to
serving as CFO for a commercial general contractor, she
previously served as Controller in various organizations
including one position where she worked with an in-house
programmer in the development of a custom accounting and
management information system for a not-for-profit
organization. Her first accounting software implementation
in 1975 was a 20 million dollar agency reporting to the Federal,
State and County Governments.
Sandy was introduced
to the Construction Industry, her specialty, in 1979 as
controller for the largest contract bond agency in the State of
Florida, where she converted an external accounting system to
in-house reporting under a system developed by Aetna. Her
duties also included detailed analysis of contractor financial
statements for bonding purposes. Sandy has
used QuickBooks for Contractors, Sage 100 and
Timberline in the construction industry.
Sandy attended the
Agnes Scott College in Decatur, GA and graduated from Massey College in
Atlanta, Ga.
